Bi-Vocational Worship Minister
Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church · Thorsby · Part-time (8-12 hours per week)
Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational worship minister with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for leading God’s people in authentic, Christ-centered worship. The worship minister will serve alongside the pastor to lead Sunday morning worship, plan services, recruit and lead volunteer singers and musicians, and assist with the children’s music ministry.

The church is seeking a minister who will nurture the spiritual growth of youth through discipleship and reach students through evangelism.
